Therapist-Led Book Group for BIPOC Men
"To read without reflecting is like eating without digesting." — Edmund Burke
Research continues to show increasing levels of loneliness among men, highlighting a growing need for community and connection. However, many spaces for men are centered around activities—sports, the gym, work—which don’t always provide opportunities to slow down and have meaningful conversations.
This therapist-led book group for BIPOC men is designed to meet that need: a space to pause and relate to other men in a way that feels intentional, supportive, and culturally aware. Through shared reading and guided discussion, you’ll build insight into yourself and your relationships.
Whether you’re new to this kind of connection or have been looking for additional community, this group offers a structured yet open environment where you don’t have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to be present and connect with others.
